I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. JD Martinez, one of the best players in baseball, really posted a photo of Adolf Hitler to his Instagram.

How does anyone just post a quote card with Hitler’s face on it? It’s a quote card. A quote card of a man who orchestrated a genocide. The caption indicates that he is against the quote and against gun control.

The post may be from 2013 but that still doesn’t make it any better. JD would’ve been 25 when he posted that. It’s not like he was a young person on social media who couldn’t see right from wrong. That excuse for horrible social media posts is a load of bologna anyways…

There were better ways to go about making the point. You know, there are in fact less horrible humans who have also made anti gun statements you could speak out against.

While you’re “staying strapped”, remember the innocent lives that were lost due to the reckless gun owners.
